Refers to the part between the connected piece and the nut. Generally, it is a flat metal ring for protecting the surface of the connected member from the nut and the pressure of the dispersing nut against the connected member.
Flat washers are generally used in the joints. One is soft and the other is hard and brittle. Its main function is to increase the contact area, disperse the pressure, and prevent the soft texture from being crushed. The basic function of the spring washer spring is to force the nut after the nut is tightened, and increase the friction between the nut and the bolt! The material is 65Mn (spring steel), heat treatment hardness is HRC44 ~ 51HRC, surface oxidation treatment.
