Single head bolt
A single-head bolt, a type of fastener consisting of a head and a screw (a cylinder with an external thread), is required to be fitted with a nut for fastening two parts with through holes. This type of connection is called a bolted connection. If the nut is unscrewed from the bolt, the two parts can be separated, so the bolt connection is a detachable connection.
Single-head bolts should be used in the case of ≤1.6MPa. In other cases, double-headed studs are used, but if the pressure is ≤2.5MPa, single-head bolts can be used. The commonly used 4.8 grade is applied to the place below 1.0 MPa, and the 8.8 grade can be applied to the place below 1.6 MPa, but the specific characteristics of the medium and the uniform requirements of the device can be high and low, but it is not allowed to be low. High, including studs, also has high and low pressure points (generally can be seen from the pitch and nut thickness).
